Group Z was a fictional artist collective led by Belgian artist and graphic designer Michaël Samyn. In 1999, Samyn began to produce works in collaboration with Auriea Harvey as Entropy8Zuper. He also won Ars Electronica/Alexei Shulgin's Form Art Competition; was elected first human Mr. Net Art; and his design for the CampaignLive website won a Cyber Lion at the Cannes International Advertising Festival. His design for the website for the Amsterdam conference on design and technology, Doors of Perception, received The People's Choice Webby 1999 Award and his own zuper.com site was awarded silver in I.D. Magazine's Interactive Media Design Review in 1999.
